I think he's generally been very good. Had a shocking spell start of second half where nothing worked but aside from that he's won lots of ball & used it really, really well. One of those games where he goes from 10/10 to 2/10 & then back again.

The theory sounds more than a little far fetched but what always makes me laugh is the amount of people with very sky blue tinted specs whenever Hoffman's name is mentioned just because "he's a fan". It's like that completely excuses all his previous dealings with the club.
