I was chatting to a mate who is a Notts County fan and he says there are a few stories they are quietly confident of luring McGoldrick in January. I think he started his career there and is a Nottingham lad.

This one sentence sums up why we have struggled every season since relegation for me. Cant remember the last time we had a midfielder who who looked capable of getting 10 goals. I cant see anyone getting 3 this year.

I found baker a bit frustrating at times last season but his attitude as a footballer is first class. A rarity in the game today. I think hes been one of our best performers this year and I think he'll only get better.

Although ultimately I don't think he was good enough he was the only midfielder we had who wasn't afraid to get beyond the strikers!

Wholeheartedly agree. Some games I've been to it actually angers me that he gets paid a living for playing football. I honestly think he is possibly the most limited footballer I've ever seen.
