That's always been the case irrespective of who has owned us. As discussed to death, we can blame SISU for many things, but selling a player or not re-loaning a player isn't really one of them.

I don't think the players will, particularly as we haven't won a league game yet. Plus we owe Oldham for last year's injury time equaliser...

Match Thread Millwall v Coventry Match Thread - Saturday 10th Sep

Pleasing to read the positive reviews from those that went yest. Continuing the positive outlook; looking at the table we've played 5 of the current top 8 so maybe our start hasn't been quite that bad. First game of the season for me and my boy next week and he's already v excited. PUSB.

    letter in todays cov telegraph

I don't recall me blaming John Poynton when we were relegation candidates in the mid-80s. Although maybe if I'd have had the internet then I too could have made a melodrama out of a mild-crisis...

Well, whilst my 8 year old lad is annoyed when we don't win, to think of him crying on the sofa because our owners aren't telling him why we're not winning is a little far-fetched tbh...

What can all of us do to help the club?

Can't disagree SISU burned all their bridges long ago, but in respect to running the club now - We've got a manager who pretty much every fan wanted, we've got players coming through the academy, we're bringing in youngsters on long-term contracts and we're trying to be self-sufficient. As a...

What can all of us do to help the club?

This is obviously an inflammatory question, but... if we were a community owned club right now, what would we be doing different to SISU? Ignore the history/hatred/court cases and try to answer objectively just looking at the football side of things. I'd say not a lot.

    Mowbray and the Acadamy

This has struck me as odd too. The publishing of all CCFC correspondence on the academy seems to be just to get people thinking 'well they did everything they could', rather than actually thinking it will work (particularly the (as ever I guess) condescending tone of Fisher's last letter)...
