Madine not in the Wednesday squad. They are being linked with strikers left, right and centre. Madine will join someone on Monday I suspect. I would welcome him here and would give him a 2 and a half year deal if possible.

Who are the two loan players the CT article refers to? Jones and Pennington? I thought Penningtons loan was due to finish at the end of Jan.

The answer is yes. Im sure loads of supporters think they are hard done by but I think we are the biggest mess of a club at the minute. I actually read that Blackpool were after Kirkland yesterday and thought surely we are a more attractive proposition than Blackpool... I was undecided.

You need this type of player in this league. Madine is not far off the best target man in the League. Our midfield is the problem. If we could get some proper wingers and midfielder who goes beyond the strikers we'd be a half decent team.
