So what's happened here. Seeing as Mowbray mentioned it in the first place it would be nice if he updated us. If he says there isn't enough in the budget what with the other players he had on the agenda then that's fine we would accept that.
I guess it's more convenient now too. If people are in doing a bit of shopping and the club is on a decent run then you're more likely to get casuals popping in for tickets.
I thought that when he said it, but the fact that it was cited as a long term loan and then became a 6 month loan probably means that's unlikely as the Geordies will probably want him back.
It's all down to the entertainment value. If the football is entertaining I'll head up to a few games. If it's like it's been for the last couple of years I won't.
