That depends on the circumstances under which he left and if he works again during that 3yd period. If he doesn’t work again ( he will I’m sure ) we will be liable for the full remainder of his contract. If he does work again then City’s liability will either be partially or totally removed...

I’m not sure if you struggle with coherent thought or are deliberately misunderstanding …. I’m not opposed to the changes, time will judge them. My point is simply the comms suggest the change is not an amicable one. I haven’t suggested it should or needed to be amicable.
