Apparently Charlton are hoping to sign two players before Saturday. I wonder whether one of them could be Ogogo as they were strongly linked with him ahead of us in the summer.

The Sun journalist Alan Nixon reckons it could be a surprise where Stockley ends up. Someone asked him if it was MK Dons and he responded, that they had made the player a very good offer.

Another player coming back from a very bad injury. I also think he'd be better suited to a 4-4-2.

No point Robins harping on about experience. Wasn't long ago he was boasting about how he reduced the average of the squad in the summer from 23 to 21...almost like this was deliberate.

Hiwulas performance is the worst Ive seen from anyone this season. Seems I'm in the minority but I thought JCH actually did well first half and finished the game e well. I feel for Bayliss as well. He wants to be in the final third impacting the game but Robins has him holding hands with Doyle...

Chaplin was absolutely appalling tonight. The only player to pip him was Hiwula who I dont think controlled the ball once all night.

The standard of the Championship when Partridge was with us was a lot lower than it is now. Probably a similar level to League 1 now. One or two good players in a team made a huge difference. Thomas has been exceptional good but his final ball and finishing needs to improve... Which I think it will.

I thought Biamou's injury could be a blessing in disguise at the time. It forced Robins hand into playing JCH to lead the line. I think hes been excellent a few times since hes been back in the team... Even though he missed two sitters today!

Completely agree. That injury for a winger especially is awful. Could arguably take 12 months from now to get back up to speed. Bolasie at Everton had the same injury about two years ago and things are so bad hes now on loan at Villa.

JCH should have had two against Gillingham and two against Rochdale last weekend. I actually think Biamou getting injured is a huge blessing in disguise as Robins will likely have to play JCH every game.

I'm obviously in the minority but I thought Burge did ok. If the start of this season has reinforced nothing else it is that Burge is the best we have currently. Thomas has made some poor choices in the last two games and looks a little naive defensively (gave away some silly cheap free kicks)...

Hyam and Willis both been excellent. Hyam gets better every game. JCH lead the line very well second half and Chaplin definitely adds something to us.

Both have come back from bad injuries. Realistically even when a player gets back on thr pitch after an ACL injury it is almost 12 months before they are back at their best. I fear unfortunately that will be the case with Jodi Jones.
