I don’t want Lampard but it wouldn’t be the end of the world. I’d hate to be known as “Frank Lampards Coventry”, but it would give us exposure. I think his style is generally more aggressive/attacking than Robins’ which probably suits the squad.

Because unless you're there on a daily basis you're just getting someone else's opinion, who's likely biased and probably disgruntled themselves if they're talking shite about squad members to someone external.

Some of them have been correct on some things yes. But knowing who we're signing or letting go etc. is very different from claiming to know the personalities of players. One is a fact, the other is just one person's opinion.
