I think Eccles could make a very good WB in time but he looks lost there at the moment for sure, needs a lot more time in that role. Burroughs might be a better bet at the moment.

Got to be happy with a point having been poor for so long. Train all pre-season to play a certain way then scuppered on the eve of the match isn't ideal so credit where it's due for scrapping a result.

Yeah, not so much a criticism of him but very obvious square peg in a round hole.

We lose so much creativity, shape, intensity & everything without O'Hare - he's absolutely critical to the way we play. Our use of the ball has been unusually poor. Eccles, Allen & Hamer have been really disappointing. Feel a bit for Eccles though, stands out like a sore thumb that he's out of...

He's not been perfect, his decision making has been off on occasion, but a lot to like.
