Yeah i was lapped 3 times by the winner who ran 32:40........ was also lapped twice by a clubmate and training partner who ran 34:00 (suspect i'll be hearing a lot about this tonight at training!!) However i also lapped a couple of guys several times who were well outside 40mins.
