Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

Nope. Not sure if same interview that he said this in: "I had my eyes wide open when I came in. The debt was substantial, it's only got bigger." Glowing endorsement of his performance as CEO then 🤦🏼‍♂️ I ventured on to Once A Wasp earlier & there were posts about how well received they have...

Was certainly reluctant. Fair play to the linesman for actually having the courage to pipe up, (even though it is about as stonewall as they come) many don't. Shown better on here (2:53):

How are you feeling about survival

Very true. Although he's often accused of being too stubborn & rigid, Robins is definitely pragmatic when needed as evidenced by the change in playing style to grind out the results.

I don't think he saw it, same with the penalty which the linesman had to give. Dreadful performance from him.

I'm pretty sure he saw the McAtee challenge back at half-time, realised his mistake & then felt he had to be lenient with Dabo too.

I think Eccles is still finding his feet a bit & to a degree is probably playing within himself. It's completely understandable as a young player, particularly when every time it looked like he's about to stake a claim previously he then got injured. Ultimately he just needs to believe in...

Not just Covid. Also SISU, Coventry fans, Saracens, the RFU ... And Simon Gilbert apparently.

Quite. I'd like to think if we suddenly had a lump sum of £17m dumped in our accounts we'd manage more than 6 months of breaking even.

Wasps going into admin & the impact on CCFC

I was going to say this but then I guess it explains why those actually to blame (Richardson, Eastwood, Vaughan etc.) were never called to account (and still aren't). It's all everyone else's fault. Maybe it's a lack of passion? The general apathy to it all pretty much sums up a sport which...

Also removed access to hospitality etc. on our matchdays with less than 24 hours notice.

Not so much can't afford it, more don't think the valuation is attractive given the supposed investment/remedial works needed.

"The debt was substantial, it's only got bigger." As CEO of said company I'm not sure I'd be putting that on my CV.

Yeah, that's another argument. Both that & our goal look very, very close & could have gone the other way. One thing I would say though is the angles of TV cameras & perspective can dramatically alter the true position. The only person who can tell for sure is the assistant (assuming he's up...
