As a committed Coventry city fan why do you find it almost impossible to give King any credit ? He didn’t get lucky, Hamer and Vik were assets of a business he bought after undertaking due diligence. He then could have sold one or both in the January to instantly realise value for himself but...

I could name every owner and most CEO’s over the last 30 years no problem, most of which have been bamg average at best.

I’ve followed city for 50 years and in the last 25 years only Robins / Viveash have done more for the trajectory of the club. Fadz, Goddeb et al have played their part in our rise but they have not transformed the ambition of the club. King has.

Option to buy is not as useful as obligation to buy from the selling clubs perspective. Option to buy is good for the buying club if the fee agreed is lower than you think it might be at the end of the loan …
