    Sheaf

Statistically Sheaf was better in most metrics. They formed a very good partnership though.

    Ryan Giles

His free kick for the U23s the other day was quality. Obviously has ability, question is can we ever get him up to the required fitness levels.

    Bright Enobakhare

Took them 1 hour with the U23s to realise he wasn't worth it: “Bright was only here for two days,” Ferguson said. “He came down, we had a look and he played 60 minutes of an Under 23 game, but we decided not to take it any further. Rumour is he's about to sign for Robbie Fowler's team in...

    Gustavo Hamer

Eh? Their player tackled the ball, Hamer was careless by kicking him (accidentally of course).
  5. Frostie

    Sheaf

Quite the opposite, I can only think of one (for their shot in the first half). I'll check stats later but can almost guarantee its less than most other players.

    Gustavo Hamer

Unfortunately, that's irrelevant it's still a foul. It shouldn't be a yellow card though in my book, even with the totting up because as you say, he didn't mean to do it.

    Gustavo Hamer

He volleyed their player, of course it's a foul. Harsh that it happened to be that one that tipped him over but you can't honestly say it's not a foul - we'd have been screaming for it the other way around.
  12. Frostie

    Gustavo Hamer

It's definitely only 1 game. Think MR is getting confused because it is his 2nd ban but as the first was for a straight red that punishment is served.
  13. Frostie

    Sheaf

That's probably exactly why, because he is always trying to do the right thing, bring the ball down & play. Unless you think Arsenal teach their young midfield players to hoof it every time they get it? At lower levels teams don't give you so much time on the ball, he'll get there. How often...
  14. Frostie

    Sheaf

He made that one mistake early on, that's it. Sadly that's all it takes for a lot of 'supporters' as his card is already marked. He struggled to get involved much first half but much improved in the second. Broke up play a lot, 2 or 3 really good tackles & passed accurately & with purpose.

    Referee Analysis

Ref tonight was very good. I know we're devastated by the Hamer booking but there's a lot of Sky Blue specs about the "not even a foul" calls, it is 100% a foul by him. On its own it's never a yellow card of course but it was his 5th foul so that's why he booked him. Still harsh in my...

8 Unbeaten 4 Goals Conceded & 3 of them were penalties! For a newly promoted side with one of the lowest budgets in the league, that's phenomenal. Some people need to give their heads a serious wobble.

100% a foul by Hamer but completely accidental. I know it's probably for accumulation of fouls but still really harsh to be booked.
