I would imagine the process is likely under way already. I think by christmas all three may be approved.

Looks like rollout starts next week. There will be central hubs that store it at places like Aintree, Leicester etc (all seem to be racecourses do they have big freezers?) local trusts will collect from the central hubs and administer before it gets too warm.
