FIFA has long been proven as the ultimate ranking of players. Cmon now. To be fair though I used FIFA every time, just gives a reflection of the ability in/out.

Wasps have only recently announced their renewed deal with Vodaphone as shirt sponsor. Not sure why they would only sponsor shirts for a couple of years if they were going to announce a seperate Stadium deal. Vodaphone most likely imho, just an odd way of doing it...

I've been doing some 800m all out efforts with 4 minutes static recovery between efforts. V02max has increased by 2 points in this past week alone. I'll be doing some more that's for sure. Absolutely brutal, but it works.
