The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Labour won office in 1997, why do the Tories think they’re in charge. Will of the people in 1997 wanted Labour.

That was Cov Rugby. Ruled the Butts out.

Which is fine if you’ve got Hiwula pulling in on the far side of the box and Shipley supporting. Still too fractured when it comes to attacking movement.

Definitely something we need to work on. The front 3 need to narrow as soon as we get 20 yards from their goal. Not suggesting the two are comparable in terms of quality, but that’s what Pep’s Barca team used to concentrate on. Structure became a lot more fluid in the final third.

Actually the manifesto merely states that they would increase the NMW to the Living Wage (which is expected to be at least £10 by 2020). It doesn’t say whether they would do this immediately or whether it would be phased in.

Match Thread Coventry City vs. Doncaster Rovers Match Thread - Saturday 28th Sep

Definitely leaner. Saw him in the lounges after the game, must have been on an intense programme as he looks about a stone lighter.

You both realise Hiwula is right footed? Which, in fairness, made it even stranger that he waited for it on his left.

It’s been that way for years. Corbyn actually tried to change tact when he initially took up leadership. He changed that as he was getting torn to pieces every week by Theresa May.

    Fulfilling Your Potential ?

Semantics then, seems you and I have different interpretations of the word. Take a friend of mine, failed all of his exams at school and left with no GCSEs. Went to work for a few years and got sick of it, so went back into education and did his GCSEs, passed and ended up with a degree having...

    Rugby World Cup

Almost a shutout against USA, conceding a try with the last play of the game. Overall a pretty solid performance littered with handling errors. Could have quite easily added another 30-40 points to our total.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

I do agree to an extent, but the problem is that is we end up leaving without a withdrawal deal (as seems to be the government’s favoured position) we have rather serious and rigorous upheaval to contend with in the short-to-medium term. There’s no guarantee that a trade deal wouldn’t take up to...

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

What they’re doing with regards Yellowhammer is proving that this government is being economical with the truth. Gove was asked repeatedly when the title had been changed from Base Case Scenario to Reasonable Worst Case Scenario and who had authorised it. He consistently didn’t answer the...

    Fulfilling Your Potential ?

The point is that you have failed if some things didn’t happen first time around, but you decided to keep trying. As shmmeee says, failure leads to growth if you have the right mindset.

Transfer Rumour More Callum Wilson rumours

How do you reach a total of £7m? Initial fee of c.£2.5m and then 10% sell-on of the £24m, so as it stands we’re at £4.9m. Granted there may be variation to the figures, but how would you account for the missing £2.1m?

    If it’s £1m it’s a little more palatable.

    Things that annoy you

I think I know the type he’s on about. There’s an estate close to where I live that had some trouble with all of the college kids parking along the street so the Neighbourhood Watch committee approached the local authorities to have double yellows put down. Fair enough. It’s now at a point...
