    MK Dons Away

Grendel & Lordsummerisle, your argument only works on the basis that I should care as much about the old Wimbledon, and football in general, as I do about Ccfc. I couldn't care less about football in general, I only care about Ccfc. Were the AFC Wimbledon fans who attended the fa cup...

    MK Dons Away

Arseholes would be a more appropriate label. I simply dont understand the likes of grendals argument. There saying its moraly wrong to go to MK, yet I've never once seen them say its wrong to go to sixfields. Its an argument that doesn't make sense.

    Mk ticket sales update

All I see and care about is my club is playing its home games 34 miles away from where it should. I haven't been able to watch a game of football in my city for the first time in my life. I might sympathise with the MK situation, but to be perfectly honest I only care about CCFC.

    Mk ticket sales update

If the fans of Wimbledon were still trying to get their team back I would agree with you, but they have their own club now and wouldn't have the "old Wimbledon" back if you paid them.

    Mk ticket sales update

So its acceptable to visit MK Dons so long as your own club hasn't been moved out of its area? I'm sure 99.9% of those Sheffield United fans thought that the MK move was wrong, so using your logic they were all hypocrites for attending.

So is it any different to when 6k Sheffield United fans descended on MK?

    Mk ticket sales update

Anymore ironic than when we used to sell Leicester 6k tickets?

See this as a building year

Promotion this year would be a welcome distraction. However regardless of whether we go up this year or not, this is probably the last season we can do anything worthwhile. Crowds of 2k aren't sustainable (I dont care what anyone says, it simply isn't), ffp rules will kick in at some point...

Ainsworth Explains: Land Around The Ricoh

But Joy said she will only return if she is given the opportunity to develop the land. So what outcome would you like to see to that?

Ainsworth Explains: Land Around The Ricoh

That's a rather cynical view of the world. A bit like saying the reason most people don't brake the law is purely on the basis they will be punished. Perhaps they try and keep it low in order to give value for money?

    Definition of Irony

The 7k at Arsenal were obviously hypocrites as well, their shocking move from Woolwich to Islington in 1913 was a disgrace. (This is sarcasm btw)

Its almost up there with not agreeing with moving the club to Northampton yet going every two weeks.

Plenty of times they haven't put up council tax, which with inflation factored in is a reduction.

Ainsworth Explains: Land Around The Ricoh

So you how does that fit in with this piece from the cov telegraph which attributes the opposite sentiment to what our beloved leader wants?: A freehold sale of the Ricoh and surrounding development land is sought by Mrs Seppala, who insists the club under Sisu/Otium will never return to...

City fan attacked after yesterday's game

My opinion of the Police is similar to teachers. The overwhelming majority are decent and do the job because they want to help and protect. A small minority are power mad morons.

Ainsworth Explains: Land Around The Ricoh

There is a Frankie and Bennys opening soon up there, just on the left as you come in. Also a Chiquito (whatever that is) restaurant.

Artificial ski slope was one of the better ideas going round I thought.

Ainsworth Explains: Land Around The Ricoh

It runs behind the leeks estate and then behind the scrap yards. It goes underground under the train line and canal but that's it. Goes off towards longford park then.

Presumably the Council? That's the River Sowe floodplain.

Ainsworth Explains: Land Around The Ricoh

That's the important thing to remember. From the taxpayers point of view as things stand the best thing to do is wait until the economy picks up a bit and then sell the land for development.
