To be fair, we don’t need a target man - we’ve got O’Hare to flick the balls on. 😉

No target man means we haven’t got a long outlet ball. We are being penned in.

Shipley isn’t as good in his all round play as many others in the midfield position in the squad. The only thing I’ll say is that at the edge of the box, there are few in any that I’d back ahead of him to test the keeper. Poor (at this level) in the main but that left foot of his……

Maybe JCS might have been better than Hyam or Sheaf. JCS seems to have a bit more strength about him.

    Coventry v Hull Song Review

I’ll give you a like. Great effort. Must be hard to face completing these when feeling (as I think we all do) so disappointed and deflated. 8/10 Withers. Good attempt. Keep up the good work for the rest of the term and you may be in line for a commendation and a £10 WHS book voucher.

    Without actual net investment

I get it that we all feel a bit down after last night’s debacle. Last 3 games; Luton - Desperately unlucky. Sheff Utd - world beaters Hull - Poor, deflated, but - one freak goal against, at least one certain pen denied, a goal that could so easily have been given - fine margins. Another...

We were all over the show tonight. Players not reading each other’s runs Players not communicating (eg, number of times if we had a cross / corner / free kick and we end up with 4 standing around the 6 yard box looking viral and no one around the edge of the penalty area to recycle the...

They have their uses but (as above) I think they often mislead. Dabo might have had the best passing completion stats but his choice of pass often leaves a lot to be desired. When he gets into a space to pass / into the box he seemed tonight to end up finding someone with their back to goal on...

Sassy comments like that; you’re either a 13 year old (in which case it’s understandable) or not. I’m not sure, but I did previously think you more mature. I was wrong. Apologies. Can’t blame a 22 year old Doyle that we had legends such as Kevin Kyle in the team but if you see that our...

What a load of nonsense. Sorry to be blunt.

I think getting in the ref’s ear about O’Hare being hacked and the timewasting is important. Midfielders are better captains. Refs usually hang around the middle and there’s no point a striker jogging around the middle pecking the ref’s head.

This. We’ve been crying out for a leader and a talker all season.

Moore 5 Howler and generally rubbish kicking. Dabo 5 I’m a fan of his but his passing and crossing choices were woeful. Hyam 5 Gave to ball away for the corner for their second goal. Poor in general. No leadership in defence. Sheaf 6.5 Best of a bad bunch. Got outmuscled but kept calm...

Just shoot - it could go anywhere on this surface. Too many pansy passes.

£14.8 million - combined squad value

Pay better attention. I said I thought we paid £700k plus add ons and he cost us in total more that £750k. Haven’t you got dogs to bark at or parked cars to chase?
