Exactly it was a social club not required in this day and age that is why you have to rebrand and move forward. I used to work behind the bar at the Coachmakers on Radford road in the early 80's used to be packed at weekends and empty in the week but it managed to survive, wasn't until weekends...

So what if they do you still have wasps games etc to target. Look they sold everything else off cheaply to get a cut just so they didn't have to run anything. Now they moan they own and get nothing. No ship no ticket sales nothing. Now I do begrudge giving ticketaster a pound to book a ticket...

Get some land next to the Ricoh build a pub open it on matchdays CCFC and wasps rent out parking spaces and then use it for conferences etc in the week. Job done.
