Yup, same. What I have tended to do is to record games and then just fast forward through all the nonsense. Makes it so much more enjoyable. Either that, or pause the game and then you can be about 45 mins behind and fast forward through all the ads and showbiz stuff and just watch the game...

Answer is to.just watch the sport itself. Simple really I watched the game and only watched the game itself and nothing else, so missed the pre match nonsense, didn't watch any of the halftime show either and have no idea at all who Usher even is
