Of course its breach of the peace FFS. The man turned Leicester from a lower EPL team/top end Champ team, into EPL winners. Their fans rightly have a deep affection to him. And a minority of our fans are mocking his traggic death.

This is where its a grey area. Telling a joke to your mates about Diana is one thing. Displaying a banner publicly mocking a death so that thousands of others can see it, it's totally different.

Whether you like it or not, breach of the peace is an arrestable offence. I'm pretty sure pissing off thousands of folk with an offensive banner mocking the accidental death of someone, can be classed as breach of the peace.

Yes they should. If people get away with what I'll term 'cuntish' behaviour, they'll continue to be absolute bellends in society. It's a race to the bottom for people like that. It's just not good for anyone, not healthy and certainly not funny.

I love the way MR says 'honestly, I've got nothing to say on it' and then says quite a bit on it 😂. Like @MrPanda says, it feels similar to the Hamer situation. Hopefully a good couple of months here might sweeten the situation in our favour. I'd be surprised if it's sorted soon though.
