My point is he is not doing his job. He is carrying out the responsibilities associated with a Sisu director, not a CCFC/Otium one.

I'm not sure if you are deliberately not trying to understand or not. You may have a point about Seppala, but Fisher you are onto a loser I'm afraid. Fisher is a director of CCFC/Otium, yet he is not acting in the best interests of the company he is supposedly in charge of.

Oh, concentration camps were within the law? Could you tell me what the Nuremberg trials were about please? Torture is permitted under the US constitution? Atrocities committed against British citizens is permitted on UK soil? Please think before insulting me.

Tim Fisher's responsibility is to Otium/CCFC. Of that responsibility he is failing. Statistically he must be the worst CEO/Chairman that CCFC has ever had.

Don't be a Dick, obviously I mean things that are within the law and public decency.

So are you saying CCFC didn't go into self destruct mode in order to assist its parent company?

I cant dislike an individual for carrying out the responsibilities of their job. To do so is just bitter and twisted.

Exactly. Empathy isn't about liking a decision, its just understanding why its happening. All I am saying is its easier to understand the position of ACL than it is of CCFC.

    Ccc/acl/higgs/ sisu saga

Because on one hand we have a business that has tried to do everything properly and by the book. On the other we have a business (CCFC) that went into self destruct mode by deliberately distressing ACL in order to please its parent company. Its difficult to dislike the board of ACL for doing...

Because ACL board members are trying to do what is best for ACL. Do you begrudge board members doing what is best for the long term survival of their business?

No one really believes this. The board of ACL care about ACL. The board of CCFC care about Sisu. That is the biggest difference between the two organisations. That is why so many of us, whilst acknowledging that neither have CCFC as their priority, can empathise more with the position of ACL.

    Sisu pays council £100k

The agreement with the guarantors had been in place since circa 2005. Appleton should have gone through all of CCFC's documents with a fine tooth comb, after which, almost certainly he would have found evidence of the agreement.

    Sisu pays council £100k

It is ironic that it was Appleton that come to this £590k figure, and if the FL decide that £590k isn't due, it will support ACL's original argument that the CVA was flawed and Appleton didn't investigate the situation properly.

Only once Mr Labovitch has been on a six week course on how to do a bank transfer.

    Review from Sideways Sammy

See now this is exactly the sort of loser mentality that has plagued this club for years. 10th in league 1 is abysmal for a club of our stature, yet it is proclaimed as being a good season.

Why was the thread "why we go to sixfields" closed

Accept against those that only turn up for "big games" against Crewe Alexandra as they aren't "proper fans" and deserve abuse for leaving a game at a time suitable to them.

Can I just ask then, why dont those fans sing any protest songs at Sixfields but do at away games?
