Player of the Season - Official Vote

I've voted for Eccles, interesting how fotmob ratings broadly tally with fans' ratings:

Look at that record, I'm sure he's had a damascene conversion to social democracy https://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/24756/daniel_poulter/central_suffolk_and_north_ipswich/votes

Long held Tories being very comfortable in your party is a really good thing. Really it is.

    Things that annoy you

20% increase in salary costs more for an employer than a pension contribution of 20% as an employer will need to pay NICs on top and pay a proportionate increase in pension contributions?

    Transfer Rumour Haji Wright

Agreed, he's got better but still needs to up the ante with his aggression. That said, not sure his role on the left is necessarily the best to get that out of him. He has got better at playing with his back to goal.

Match Thread Blackburn Rovers - Coventry City Match Thread - Saturday 27th Apr

Presumably to be filed in the same drawer as the "none of the squad rate any of the new signings" stuff from early on in the season

Blackburn pre match and half time music

Hardcore uproar is the best tune any team runs out to in the league

Ipswich fans planning to be in the South Stand

Leeds will have to sell Somerville if they don't go up, they won't be as strong next year. Ipswich under their current manager will be there again I think.

Ipswich fans planning to be in the South Stand

The logical conclusion of your argument is that away fans should just get the balance of any unsold tickets

    Liam Kitching

Lots of recency bias at play here, he's been decent. Looks to be having a little bit of a wobble with his confidence so of course is being written off as a bad signing.

    Mason-Clark

I thought he looked good again on Saturday

It's the hope that gets you

I feel most down about last Sunday, much more so than even the play off final. I think it's just that elation from celebrating the Torp goal to it being disallowed, it's literally experiencing what might have been momentarily but to have it taken away.

    The no loans strategy

It was either that or we didn't agree the signing at that time. The real point is though that the deal did not help in January.

    Sheaf

    They are completely different players

We're going to end up in a constant cycle of being nearly there but needing to sell another player to get us there, it's a bit like painting the forth bridge

    The no loans strategy

Hardly, he agreed to loan the player back

Another fucking Tory c**t is welcomed into the labour fold because according to the leader, Labour has changed:

    The no loans strategy

Not to mention that the man whose fee bankrolled the spending was a loanee, as was the next one to be sold and the other player who is leaving who we're desperate to keep.
