Where have I said that? I am saying the club will have budgeted for 2k crowds + the Arsenal and Clarke money, whereas now we have 11k crowds + the Arsenal and Clarke money. As for FFP I am unsure about when it kicks in, but I think I read it is at the point of receiving the money, so Arsenal...

I think that had it not been for the Arsenal game and Clarke money we would have gone into this season with by far the lowest wage bill in the league. As it is I imagine it must be about halfway. I think they used that money as a gamble that we would do well and attendances at Sixfields might...

Why wouldn't they have budgeted for 2k? The deal to come back wasn't agreed until after the season had started, therefore it wouldn't have been very sensible to just assume a deal could be done. Until that new rental agreement was signed there was no basis to budget for anything over 2k fans.

Why? Try and answer that without making reference to what other clubs got please. None of them were in a situation the same as ours so what Leicester or Leeds got is irrelevant.

Unless Sisu are incredibly thick (not unrealistic, but hopefully on this occasion not) then they will have budgeted for an average attendance of 2k this season. The club will be in a great financial position if come the end of the season the average is over 11k.

No they didn't have 30k in league one, but they did have 20k. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - so please excuse any spelling or grammar errors :) They also used to get some pitiful Premier League crowds. Far lower than what we would get in many cases.

What happened to the principle of "its an individuals right if they wish to attend or not"? We had 13 months of 1500 fans attending Sixfields which was contrary to what was good for the club. That was their right we were told, they should not be criticised for going it was said. So do we still...

    The New Stadium

Wouldn't it be better to ask why those people didn't return and what can be done to bring them back? Wouldn't that be the best most sensible thing to do? Or you can just keep insulting the customers

    The New Stadium

But your saying there is a massive feel good factor about being able to play in our own town and winning two games in a row. Surely that should be a given anyway?

You should just be grateful we haven't lost any fans.

Has noone picked up on this?! ... Why does Pressley....

Worked well against Yeovil I thought. Ball stayed in their half for most of the final minutes. Usually when we're winning its backs against the wall stuff for the last moments.

    16,000 where were you?

Equally how do you know that yesterday's 11k even tried to go to the Gills game? For all you know they could have been 11k people who couldn't be bothered to go and went yesterday instead.

    16,000 where were you?

But people have gone back. 2012/13 average: 10948 Yesterday: 11085 Both games back at the Ricoh have had a higher crowd than a average 2012/13 game. Who are these people you have claimed to moaned about the club not being there who now aren't supporting the club? How many marched, about 7k...

    16,000 where were you?

Good points. If you look at the average for proper home games (i.e. played in Coventry), we are currently averaging 19,196. Best in league 1, and better than 14 championship clubs.

    16,000 where were you?

Equally interesting is those who were most vocal in defending an individuals right to attend sixfields or not without criticism are now criticising fans for not turning up.

    16,000 where were you?

It can do, as I put in another post, my Mum has been to 2 games since 1971. She brought me and my brother to those two games, who have since been to hundreds between us since then. We probably didn't return instantly, but over the years we did. Loads of kids at the game last week, think how...

Hopefully by January and February many will have gotten back into the habit of going again and the team will be doing well.

    16,000 where were you?

I wasn't trying to have a go, it was a genuine question. My whole point of asking that was the club haven't managed it well imo. However I somewhat understand the difficulties in rearranging things at short notice, which applies to both fans and club. As for your next bit, that casual fans...

    16,000 where were you?

That was one game, easy to rearrange stuff for the one off. A bit like me going into work on Monday and saying I need to leave early that day. That would be fine. If I went in and suddenly said I need to leave early every day from now on that would cause an issue. Surely as a fellow football...
