A vote of no confidence in the City of Coventry?

Yeah that is probably a fair comparison.

A vote of no confidence in the City of Coventry?

I wouldn't know. I only got my information from reading Paul Thompsons autobiography, and it starts in the early 80's so long after the Barons had formed. Our Blaze team though is a new co from the one that played in Solihull from the 70's to the 90's. The Blaze were formed in 1996, just four...

A vote of no confidence in the City of Coventry?

Solihull Barons played in Solihull between sometime in the 70's and the mid 90's. By the mid 90's the council owned Solihull arena was falling to bits and the Barons couldn't attract anyone there. The council refused to renovate the arena, and eventually the Barons went bust. They quickly...

    New stadium - Let's suppose for a minute ....

They would never get planning permission for a football ground on the greenbelt. Even if the council gave planning permission the government would most likely block it.

Wasps officials have held talks about making Ricoh permanent home

I suspect the RFU wont allow Wasps and Cov fixtures to clash. They will make out how generous they are to Cov Rugby by doing so as well.

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

Well I'm afraid we will have to agree to disagree on this one. From what I can see this is creating a situation where the law will state one person of particular colour will find it easier to get an interview than someone of another colour despite their abilities being the same. That to...

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

Surely there is enough diversity in the football industry as a whole that it is truly colour blind? So because white footballers haven't historically been the victims of prejudice, its ok to be prejudice against them now? Your whole argument seems to be based on that because there are lots of...

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

Colour blindness is about accepting we're all the same and its the person underneath that matters. Special treatment for certain members of our society because of a physical feature does not fit into that. So as your a big fan of positive discrimination, would you be happy for Indian...

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

The black guy will be automatically considered because of his colour, that is discrimination! Dress it up how you want, that is racism.

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

So colour blindness has come about from analysing the colour of peoples skin? Do you realise how contradictory that sounds? Also I've highlighted a key word there. Even you admit its discrimination.

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

Mature way to debate. Resort to name calling, puts you on the same level as the brain dead racists.

Tony Benn for a start. How many more names would you like?

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

I wholeheartedly disagree that public sector organisations should be doing that. The blatant racism that exists in some of these organisations is disgusting. I actually posted a link on here about a year ago for a job advertised at the Transport Museum which said in its advert no white...

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

It is discrimination. Black guy gets a chance to prove himself during an interview based purely on his skin colour. White guy isn't allowed that. The white guy can only get an interview based on his CV. Its back door racism.

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

Their ability would be judged second to their skin colour. 98% of managers are white, so what? Your arguing that its acceptable to discriminate against them? Discrimination is either wrong or it isn't. Discriminating against white people is just as wrong as discriminating against black people.

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

They would have offered someone an interview based on their colour, not their ability. Therefore someone who is black gets an interview based on their skin colour. Someone who is white will not get an interview based on their skin colour. That is discrimination. How is that fair?

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

Point proven. Your more interested in why he did something rather than what he actually did. That's no different to the upper class lefties who come out with this PC rubbish. They don't care about racial integration, they have their own agenda to pursue. He was defeated because after fighting a...

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

Ok, so you think the way to solve race discrimination is to discriminate? The problem I have with politically correct people such as yourself is you judge on words not actions. If Churchill were alive today the liberal intellectuals would brand him a racist due to his politically incorrect...

Paul Ince is he deluded or does he have a point?

I think he said a racist comment. Do you think the first manager to field 3 black players in a single game would be prejudiced against black people?

Care to be man enough to say what you mean rather than make snide cowardly remarks?
