    I don't particularly like Starmer and think he comes across as insincere more because of the elaborate attempts to sound working class, but a toolmaker is in my view working class, whether he's self employed or not.     I assume that the act referred to only extends as far as pensions relating to his role as DPP and not any pension? If it does only relate to being DPP, it's doubtful he'd ever reach that threshold anyway?
