I had a look yesterday at manager stats for the EPL and EFL. I already knew that MR was the 3rd longest serving manager of the lot but I had a look and out of 92 managers, I think there were 56 who had been in the job less than a year which I found incredible. It's mental how often teams chop...

I get that but quite a few of the team have played a good amount of games at Championship level. It's less about experience, more about leadership.
