I don't think we should be as mad as we are here. Some posters seem to think this is a fresh case but I believe this not to be the case it's just standard procedure in relation to the JR appeal. Nothing will come of this.

Dave just to confirm this legal action is just standard procedure and this is nothing to do with being a fresh case. It's just going through the motions as they say. This action will result in nothing and sisu know this but they have to act in the right way for their business.

This seems this is only a move by sisu as to going through the motions this is not a whole new saga. This is related to the appeal and is just a natural process so perhaps we shouldn't be as down as we are but we hear more legals and we think oh fuck here we go again.
