I think we've left ourselves short in centre midfield. Ghadzhev has been unimpressive nearly every time I've seen him, McCann seems decent enough but hes just one player and gone in January. Then after that we've got bigi, Stevenson, finch and Lawton. I'm not sure we can rely on any of them...

All other teams do have the same problem, this is work that should have been done and other clubs will have done in preseason but because our recruitment was slow and a lot of our recruits joined after the season already started we're behind other clubs on this.

Depends what you mean by older players, players who are past it looking for there last pay check on a one or two year contract would sign. Would players in there prime between 25-28 years of age come and join on a 3 or 4 year contract? It's possible but very unlikely given the current off field...
