I'd be annoyed if we'd have had that scrubbed out for us.

Wigan was a really poor game iirc, with just the outstanding goal from Gyokeres in about the 94th minute. West Brom was a 93rd minute penalty. Last night's game had at least as much entertainment/incident as either of those.

MVE, Sheaf, O'Hare, Palmer, Kelly - if they are available shortly after the international break, it'll be fantastic boost. Fingers crossed for them all. With the injuries (and our record against them) I'd take a draw against Norwich tbh.

Cheers - lot better now, although injury time stress probably set me back a day or two!

He's bound to f*ck up now I've said it, but Wilson has had a good half. Binks looks a real player (really hope we can sign on a permanent) . Happy with da Silva, but we've got to find a way to either retain possession, or when they've got the ball, break up their attacks higher up the pitch...

Agee - not nice to sub a sub, but I'd already be tempted. Lati into dm, Allen pushed back forward, and Saka on at rwb?

Struggling at defensive midfield. Thomas looks iffy when he has time on the ball. The Da Silva route looks best hope.

Was that the move where Godden won a good flicked header to put Simms away, then carried on with a run to the edge of the 6 yard box? Thought it was a great move, and think it was more the disappointment in the finish than an expectation of a pass that caused him to wave his arms in exasperation.

Last season I was in the upper, this season in lower, so it was hard to compare, but I agree in terms of experience. Still enjoyed that second half, though.

Neaterer, then !! Luton's ground always looked like it had been designed by a group of kids, based on matchboxes. I know they have done a lot more work on it recently, but QPR's feels like similar dimensions, but just a bit more aesthetically pleasing. Just my opinion (agree though, with...

Agreed - there was a lad in the lower tier bellowing 'what a waste of money' at Haji Wright when we were 3-0 up, so not borne out of any pent up frustration on the day, just thinking he was funny. Tawt.

Was weird - a group of (dozen at the most) QPR came round by the coaches from a side street and at first the nearby City fans just seemed to be laughing at them, Then a couple of punches thrown by one or two of the QPR fans, with a city fan or two giving it back, then a lot of City youngsters...
