Ironically that's the only game we've lost 😉

Well at least we have Ayari in now, and if we'd of kept Hamer and he'd of done his ACL on Saturday we'd be where we are now but without Ayari. (If you see what I mean) Tbf, your never going to replace someone like Hamer in this league, you have to make the other players step up, and I'm...

I think so, be interesting to find out what the actual fee is (bet its undisclosed) Whatever it is its not his doing, so I'd welcome the extra defender to the squad, and give him 100% support, as I'm sure we all will.

Mate, seriously, you need to give the Samaritans a call, your beyond any sound reasoning your likely to get on here. And I strongly suggest you remove any sharp objects from your house before 11 o'clock tonight.

Ayari will slot in lovely. Now go change your sheets and relax.

But we only play 3 !!!!!!! Ffs man get your head around it. The other 5 are adequate for cover as and when needed. Palmer was even m.o.m last week. Eccles is getting better all the time, Sakamoto looks a real find, Kelly is club captain. Allen gives us energy and goals.

As I've pointed out, we already have 8 players competing for 3 places! Exactly how many more do you think we need? What ain't you grasping?

So we'd agree we have more than enough cover in midfield already then, so no need to add to it. You've proved my point.

You do realise we only play 3 midfielders, so what your saying is we already have the perfect midfield. And we'd still have Palmer, Eccles, Sakamoto, Allen and Kelly all sat on the bench or sat in the stands watching. How much money do you want us to splash out on more subs?

Bit of a Clive moment there I think. Maybe I need more games to gel. 😘

Wtf???? Remind us all of how many games Eccles, Allen and Kelly played last season in our march to the play off finals?

Palmer only has to last until O'hare is back which ain't too far away now. And I think Asari could be a great addition. Kelly is still only 33, so plenty of life left in him for cover when required. (Fadz is a great example of experience over youth)

But our midfield isn't week, we sold Hamer but we still have:- Sheaf Eccles Palmer O'Hare Allen Sakamoto Asari and Kelly All competing for 3 places. If that ain't enough I don't know what people want. Our priorities (imho) are a left sided CH, and another Striker (maybe on loan)

    Rob Gurney

I've kind of got used to listening to Clive over the years, yes he often gets the names fucked up, and Oggy's pronunciations are hilarious at times, but you only have to listen to opposition's commentary to realise they are far better than some alternatives. The CWR stance on Wasps was...

I'd take Jack Clarke from Sunderland, He's mainly played as a winger, but has the quality to play as a AM or a striker. And apparently could be on the move today.

Maybe he's asking for too much money, or is holding out for a Premier league club, but yea, strange that he hasn't moved on, I'd be surprised if he stays at Barnsley much longer, surely he has more ambition.

    Sheaf

He's been great for us ever since he learnt not to get caught in possession on the edge of our own penalty area. He's one of those players who just goes about his business and never seems to catch the eye or get the headlines. Always one of the first names on the teamsheet.
