He’s got everything a full back needs. Defensive work has been impressive in recent weeks too (his pace is a massive asset at both ends of the pitch). A little bit more work on delivery and more development of the link up between him/Cal/Tatsu and he’ll be a standout player in the championship.

I’m not sure about those 5,000 or so new ST holders. Probably depends on our league finish. A good end to the season would also help, but if we finished lower than 10th I wouldn’t be surprised to see less than 50% renew.

While our attendances this year have been great, I do wonder what we’ll be getting next year.

We didn’t play 4231 last night. I would characterise it as 4123 or 4141. Sakamoto is playing as a fairly traditional winger IMO with Wright in more of an inside forward role.
