Request to waive NDA - email to Wasps, CCFC & Sisu

I see the point you are making. When SISU released a number of documents a year or two ago, despite being quite damning, Wasps and the council came through it largely unscathed and were able to bat it away with a shitload of whataboutery. This is different though. Here we have two very...

Could we build a temp ground at UoW?

You would need planning for sure. But, if the temporary venue didn't get too ambitious on capacity and it was easily proven that existing roads could handle the road traffic it would generate, you wonder the grounds on which it could be turned down.

Could we build a temp ground at UoW?

Why? A temporary ground of say 12,000 (not ideal, but we could manage for a few years) would mean around 3000 cars descending on the university on a matchday; far fewer than on a typical day there. They'd be no need for any road infrastructure changes.

Request to waive NDA - email to Wasps, CCFC & Sisu

Exactly. Wasps claim no indemnity was requested. All the club have to do is produce a document that contradicts that and it's check mate. Wasps will not lift the NDA, they're up to their cauliflower ears in a pool of bullshit.

    Boddy Update

Yep, I'm going that way too. A stadium of this size is a 2 year build, so we have to be balls deep in the planning process this time next year. There's time enough for an appeal and referral to SoS within 3 years. 5 years is doable. Get on with it.

Jim, it was a parody post.

    Match Thread Coventry v Rangers

Some silliness on here. It's perfectly fine to laugh at Rangers fans for getting giddy for beating us considering where we are, but equally, to write them off based on a low-key friendly is a bit much. They are a decent side, and they are still in last season's Europa League are they not? They...

Well that was pleasing. So close to cashing in on those crazy betfair odds on Godden too.

    Match Thread Coventry v Rangers

We could get a thumping here. Watching the Motherwell game, Rangers look sharp. We're barely back in training, so that will be a huge factor. All good for fitness of course, just hope we don't see a social media meltdown from the usual dimwits.

    St Andrew's it is then

Warwick uni put nothing out? It was on the news section of their own website you clown.

    St Andrew's it is then

I see this is now being spun by the media as ccfc 'ended talks', when in reality it seems that an already extended EFL deadline passed. Wasps would have known of the deadline and would have known no deal was reached, so why the fuck are they so 'surprised'?

    St Andrew's it is then

I can't usually abide twitter pile-ons, but have to say, seeing Kevin Maton get pulled to pieces has cheered me up no end. Much as I worry about the future of the club, there isn't really much more we can do other than rally behind them right now. We also need to make sure that if serious...

    St Andrew's it is then

We played at SA on a Saturday when Villa were at home at the same time a number of times last season. Won't make any difference them being in the same league.

    Ticketmaster Refunds

I could be wrong - but I thought ticketmaster don't actually hold the money. Ticket sale money goes to the club directly and TM bill the club for commissions (hence Otium always appears against the card transaction on the bank statement). TMs role here is simply to process the refunds and...

    Ticketmaster Refunds

It's becoming quite frustrating. I'm owed £450 for the two games, much of that isn't mine as I bought for a large group and I'm having my ear chewed off because they think I'm lying and holding on to their money. TM have basically lied. It wasn't processed on the day they said, so just be honest...

Plan to do the same. Not looking forward to it though, but needs must, my reserves consist almost entirely of Bachelors super noodles. I'll get scurvy at this rate. Been leaving it on the basis that once every greedy fucker has stocked up, the shelves will be re-filled, but it appears not...

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

The best data we have probably comes from the Diamond Princess and South Korea (which had a massive testing programme). In both cases, it is a 1% mortality rate. However, all people affected in those two examples would have received the best medical care. The danger is that in a healthcare...

    Coronavirus Thread (Off Topic, Politics)

Part of the problem here (alongside there being many unnecessary journeys) is that although tube passenger numbers are down massively, they've also closed lots of stations and reduced the number of trains, so those that are using it are forced onto a limited service, which completely defeats the...
