Match Thread Watford (a) - Sat 14th Sept

Eccles has been our best performer in the last two games. Lati is just far too limited on the ball, and I struggle to see what problem he solves? We need quick one and two touch play to progress up the pitch, especially away from home. Not Lati having 8 touches before passing it back to a...

    Oasis Reunion

Does it not depend on what information is presented as you join the queue? I didn't try so didn't see but if the ticket prices weren't presented at that point it's hard to say.

    Sheffield Utd

Agree albeit their statistics are not hugely dissimilar at this point this season. Was really surprised at O'Hare's tackling statistics. https://fbref.com/tiny/fHfLK

Tactical Analysis - CCFC Vs Norwich

EMC is quite frustrating - it might be wanting to score himself too much but he needs to lift his head. He had two opportunities on that chance alone to look to his right and pass and twice didn't do so. Hopefully this settles down in time.

    Xg table

He'd scored once in 9 games at the end of the season to be fair, his form had abandoned him.

Tactical Analysis - CCFC Vs Norwich

As much as he wasn't great he made our two best chances for Simms, one good cross and one good ball in behind

Tactical Analysis - CCFC Vs Norwich

The header was probably just as easy to be fair, he'd got his jump right but seemed to let the ball hit the top of his head rather than arch his neck

Tactical Analysis - CCFC Vs Norwich

Jill, what do you think about the pedestrianisation of Norwich city centre 's opponent's' football?

    Time for 4-4-2

I don't think that is true at all given how often Robins' will talk about how brave the team are with the ball

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Truss advocated tax cuts for nothing. It's nothing like deficit spending specifically aimed at generating extra economic activity and capacity. The government approving the pay award for the train drivers was not even necessarily dependent on any new government spending in any case, it was...

Interview with Robins after Norwich game

TBF though a manager can only go so far, every good team under good managers have at least one leader. Ferguson had Bryan Robson, Keane, Bruce, Pallister, Stam etc. I do think Kitching and Thomas both show leadership at times and both must be brought back into the team immediately.

    Premier League thread

It's dull as fuck, even Sky are struggling to make a spectacle out of it. I wonder if that's why they have gone down the road of greater EFL coverage?
