If we go down will Mowbray go down as one of our worst ever managers?

No, him and robins are the best managers the club have had in the last 12 years.

Match Thread Coventry v Fleetwood Match Thread - Saturday 21st Jan

I've just watched the Fleetwood winner again, and just as I thought at the time Burge was at fault. Ball was floated to the 6 yard line and Burge rooted to his line

Early days for beavon and Clarke to be holding them up as a shining example of what players mowbray should have been signing. Clarke hasn't changed much in the defence, beavon has done well but isn't the goalscorer everyone is looking for

I genuinely believe had mowbray stuck it out he would have stabilised us into midtable

7 points away from safety and bottom

It was similar, we were stranded at the bottom at Christmas time. Had a little good spell and clawed ourselves back into contention for staying up. We then have ourselves a genuine chance at survival and bottled it and didn't win another game for the rest of the season.

    SLADE OUT!!

It was only a few days ago people were creaming themselves about the signings he was making and how these were the sort of signings we should have been making in the summer

Apparently a piece on CCFC on radio1 any time now

This is a national piece though, too everyone outside Coventry who reads this article in passing they will just see the attendance figure and think blimey things have got to shit at Coventry. Majority aren't really gonna care enough to go and see which cup the match was in, or to compare that to...

    JOB

He weren't shit at L1 level, but he was clearly a tosser at all levels
  14. SkyBlue_Bear83

    Mowbray's got a new job..

Strange move for Mowbray, I thought part of the reason he resigned was that basically he couldn't be arsed with a l1 relegation fight. Hopefully he takes the shithead Venus with him.

    Farrend Rawson and Charles Vernam

The centre half sounds decent, has championship experience. Should do well for us, the striker appears more of an unknown gamble.

    The Butts

What was the alternative? But you're right no need to rehash old arguments, it's universally accepted that the previous agreement was crippling the club.
