    Yes but in his day you could not just pop on a plane to get home every few days. I have dealt with the Channel Isles for years and they have had some good sportsmen and women but few actually take to a lifestyles off the Islands, unless they can get home every few days or so.     We probably got him for a bargain, however he could be a decent gamble and you never know he might get a few at our level. My concerns is that he is may well get home sick as a lot of decent players from a Channel Islands do not make it on mainland due to being so used to lifestyle on an Island.

    Must agree with on this one, if the interest is there then start own forum. I have no issue with these clubs or those who wish to support such clubs but it's just not for me.

    No expert and to some degree am fed up with the whole mess, but I do not think the JR will change anything, just one side will win and the other will appeal. Best thing would be for an out of court agreement.

    Its free on the hill, but we do have a nice meal before the game so that costs us money. However, we do get to park free next to where we stand.

    News + some views

    Michael Am pleased the day went, had some very good comments , pity I missed it. The outfits were £10.50 each, wife bought them via eBay, extra large fitted all three of us and they have a slightly different style for the ladies.
