Oggy saying he doesn't understand the criticism of Palmer, thinks a prem team might want to take him off our hands.

    24/25 changes?

I've been supporting that trio and rooting for them but there's been just too many calamities right through the season but I can't defend them any more. I'd agree with above that they are competent championship players but they aren't at the same level as sheaf, wright, simms, o hare that can...

Interesting take on the reality of the promised land

Cov fans in 2001 (me included) coping that going down would be a good thing to see some new grounds, rebuild the team and win more than we lose was the absolute gigacope of all time.

Interesting take on the reality of the promised land

Think we started that season with a 2-0 win away at stockport(?) And thought we were going to piss it. Was then at the wolves game first home game of the season and they did us 1-0 and brought us back to earth. Little did we know it was going to get far, far worse.

    Callum O'Hare

Is this a wind up? I've been one of the people questioning him since Jan but he gave his all on Sunday and was clearly gutted when we lost.

They might be physically drained but I'd imagine they are on as much of a high as we are, despite the disappointment at how it ultimately finished. Yeah, I feel like I've been punched in the stomach but there's also a sense of elation at what we achieved. Yesterday is one of those games that...

No idea how we pick ourselves up for this after yesterday. Think we either get a pasting or we go out there with revenge on our minds and go for it.

Are we though? He might see yesterday as unfinished business and give us one last season to get us over the line.

    VAR needs an overhaul

Totally agree with Otis. There IS a place for VAR. It's the current implementation of it which is poor. In a way I'm glad we aren't in the prem and have to deal with this every week. You can never truly celebrate a goal with VAR around and it's just killing moments of magic and strangling...

    We NEED to appeal that.

At worst it was marginal, as MR said it was a toenail off. Not the spirit of the offside rule at all - just killing the game and their autism has snatched away what was the greatest fa cup shock of all time. I don't buy it as a conspiracy as such, but if the roles were reversed do they disallow...

    Fábio Tavares

I'm still not convinced long term that he has it but he keeps proving us wrong. He's been putting some lovely balls in from the right, is linking up well with MVE. For me he needs to start there for the remaining games and I would keep him around next season too.
