Speak to Venus tonight - CWR Phone In

When Presley's team was flying we had record low attendances as Sisu had moved us to Northampton. That decision alone is a reason why many have left and not come back.

My dad was a miner at Binley Pit and I was born and grew up in the village. The rec is a huge piece of land that would probably do for a stadium and a training ground. However I think some of the old colliery grounds, which border the rec, are now a wildlife site which would complicate matters...

    Fit and Proper Persons

I think being near the bottom makes protest and discontent more likely. However the reason for the protests and discontent is the total mismanagement of the club and everything else that has gone with it.

Maybe not criminally the worst but in terms of total incompetence?

    Steve Brown steps down

I believe the Trust was down to only a few members before the current regime came in. They have thousands of members now. Two very successful marches organised. Could go on but won't.

    Steve Brown steps down

Do you go to any of the meetings? How do you know that they have no plan if you don't go and listen? The fact they are trying to do something is the point. How can you criticise a group trying to achieve something when you admit yourself that you do nothing? At least they can say they have tried.

Not sure if you are just being sarcastic but your remarks are way off. People at the open meetings are all genuine City fans. They don't always agree with each other but discussions are always respectful. There are no "chavs" no "chavish" behaviour, just fans who turn up to try and do something...

    Steve Brown steps down

I thought both marches were a great success The second one probably more than the first. If you expected more from them, did you go to meetings and put forward your suggestions? Did you try to become a member of the board and influence things that way? If the Trust hasn't been for you, what have...

    Steve Brown steps down

You should have come to the last open meeting where the consensus was very clear that any action taken would have to be legal and moral. The "fighting" is not of the punch up variety it is a more an ongoing bid to wrestle back our club from the clutches of Sisu in a clever, non aggressive manner.

    Steve Brown steps down

I have met Steve Brown a few times, first on the hill in Northampton, at away games and at the odd Trust open meeting I have been to. He has always come across as a decent bloke and like all of the Trust guys a genuine City fan. As I see it, anything the Trust has tried to do has been for the...

I have always felt like the Ricoh was waiting to take off as a football ground. The stadium is great, it just needed success on the pitch to turn it a really special place for CCFC. On a couple of occasions, the Blackburn cup replay, the return to the Ricoh match against Gillingham, the place...

    Latest SCG Minutes

I can understand why you would be pleased that Sisu got their comeuppance but only if that hadn't harmed CCFC. The act of selling to Wasps has almost fatally damaged our club, has taken any hope away for a sustainable, successful future and I am sure is responsible for many fans walking away and...

I noticed in the minutes tha TF never once mentioned the second site outside the city that he had identified if the Butts deal fell through. Maybe he forgot it was there. Or maybe it never existed in the first place.

Colleen Fletcher MP to meet with EFL

I'm not sure how bad things were for Brighton when they were forced to leave the Goldstone Ground. Certainly they had no stadium, not sure about training ground and academies were not around then in the way that they are now. They did have the good will of the supporters towards their owners as...

Colleen Fletcher MP to meet with EFL

If Sisu did something in the interests of the club for once and dropped the legal action then the pressure would be back on Wasps to produce a reasonable rent deal. If they started to add more and more conditions or asked for an outrageous rent then rightly you would hope that the media...

Colleen Fletcher MP to meet with EFL

As mentioned Sisu,or at least Seppala, do not seem to like the attention. On that basis alone I think the publicity is good. The more people who know about what is going on here the better. More questions will be asked, more journalists are likely to look into the goings on. You never know, it...

Colleen Fletcher MP to meet with EFL

Nothing to stop you or anyone else pursuing him and digging into things that CCC or Wasps have done. And again I would be supportive of that. It doesn't mean that every time someone puts pressure on Sisu you have to shout but what about Wasps or what about CCC. The fact doesn't alter that the...
