    Gap Year/few months

Tour the east coast of Australia. Absolutely amazing place, loads of things to do and see but can be pricey. Tour Europe, pack up the car and just go.

    Squad

Think we need more in CM, once you get past Sheaf and Hamer, we're scraping the barrel a bit, both Allen and Kelly can do jobs at this level, just not constantly and the 2 younger lads are still fairly unknown.

    Fuel prices

Coundon got a whole fleet of charging points installed within the last 2 years or so. Most houses in Chapelfields and Earlsdon are lucky if they have any more then a couple of foot for a front garden, so the council will literally have to install a point outside every house. I just can't see it...

I think these things should be in place by law anyway with new builds. Lets be honest, these are the least on the problems that are wrong with new builds, the standard of work is horrendous.

TBF @Nick is correct, the traffic used to flow really well down Coundon Road and Barker butts lane, now it's stop start, extra set of traffic lights, side roads are a night mare to pull out from, Bablake school is horrendous around drop off/pick up times. The council have made a right mess of...

Surely we're at that point already? if the planet can't sustain the level at what we're consuming and producing emissions then we've hit that point.

Surely the only long term solution is a vast reduction in the global population? Everything else is just papering over the cracks.

    Heat

It's been warm, but I've enjoyed it. Got to enjoy it while it lasts. May have to invest in some proper AC units for next year. Can't wait for global warming to give me a sea view in a few years.

    Sunderland tickets

Stop whinging, I've had a season ticket for 27 years in a row, not including Northampton or St Andrews. Done 10-15 away games a season through that time, and I can't even get close to tickets for this as I didn't purchase a season ticket through covid.

    O'Hare bids

Gutted but one of the 3 was always going to leave. If it is 9 mill, would expect a max of 3 mill to bring in a replacement. Robins needs to work a miracle again.

    Incoming! - Callum Doyle

Sunderland supporting mate reckons he's quality, tailed off towards the end of the season but he's still a young kid so to be expected. Quite excited about him.

    Fuel prices

It's been 1.75 at costco for about a week now. It's generally pritty good for stuff and we'll worth the £32 a year membership.

    New Kit !

Think Hummel did an amazing job with 3 of the kits this year, just not a fan of the home shirt at all.

    Your Portfolio

I purchased loads through the pandemic at heavily discounted prices, so I still seem to be doing alright at the moment (touch wood), quite heavily in Shell and Aviva, had a decent payout from Aviva in the past week or so.
