    It’s a performance management issue. If someone is underperforming then crack down on it/them, but if they’re still fulfilling their duties I don’t really see the issue.

    I think the key takeaway for the main parties is that one needs to come out promoting the positives of immigration and that the lack of investment in public infrastructure is down to previous governments, not immigrants.

    Because I think that’s fundamentally what he believes in. You could tell with his speech on Farage’s comments about him “not understanding the culture” or whatever it was. I think he’s been dragged to a place he didn’t really feel comfortable by the party dynamics.

    I’m lucky/unlucky. On paternity leave currently and doing my duty by staying up late for the night feed. We’ve already discussed scheduling the next child around World Cup 2026 the other side of the Atlantic.
