Paul Fletcher was the most horrible slippery character going imo. High flyer in the Ricoh project while it was being built and deals being signed, not a word out of him. Lands himself a job at CCFC and all of a sudden the council should give away the stadium.

In fairness to him he very rarely speaks out about those sorts of issues, and when he does it is in a non devisive way.

Waggot is the only one up there that I can listen too without getting annoyed, he at least gives the impression he's genuine. Fisher annoys me even when he's saying something I agree with due to his patronising manor.

FFP ensures that we have one of the biggest budgets in this division. If we are a league 2 club in a few years it will not be because of FFP.

If CCFC were to go bust with him as a director, it would seriously affect his other business interests. When a business does a credit check on another business one of the first things thats checked is if the director/s have oversaw another company go bust.

Which is exactly the reason to not appoint a long term manager now. Get someone in on a short rolling contract, otherwise we will just be giving someone a 3 year contract who we will have to sack in 8 months. When the off pitch problems are sorted, then appoint a long term manager.

If thats the case then why didn't ACL evict the club 10 months ago?

I don't really see what all the hostility was about. It wasn't like the usual random posts on here about Elliot and Hoffman being at a game with a Chinese bloke. It was actually fairly specific.

This club has a track record of employing poor managers and selling the gems before they reach their potential. Unless that changes the only direction we will be going in is downwards.

My thoughts exactly. I have no problem with proper negeotiations taking place, but Sisu's disgusting actions in trying to destroy ACL I do have a problem with. The stadium rent is just part of the clubs financial problems, but Sisu have used ACL as a scapegoat to distract their own financial...
