Perhaps we should all wait and see what the Huddersfield attendance will be?
If it’s higher than the Sunderland game then that would suggest tickets are too expensive.
If it’s lower or equal then it would suggest tickets are priced correctly
When did those boxes go in at the front of the Main Stand?
I remember seeing pictures of it in the early 70s and the Main Stand had a terrace at the front of it then
I remember going to a T20 game where they were playing Northamptonshire.
It was in 2014, so when we were playing in Northampton.
The hate and bitterness in me was strong that game!
One side had stole my football club, the other my cricket club.
That’s the photo I was thinking of.
Showing the family stand being built on top of the pre-existing terracing.
I suppose that how they were able to build it so quickly
Interestingly the original west terrace wasn’t fully demolished. They just removed the roof. The family stand was then built above it.
The terrace in this picture remained until the 80s when the seats were put in and the steps had to be re-profiled
It’s to spread the income out evenly across all games.
If pricing is a big factor as people in this thread think, we’ll have the same number of fans at the Huddersfield game as the Sunderland one
