Yes, I’ve been to the fairly new One Wellness place on Queen’s Road. It was amazing!! Could only do a couple of minutes in the 1 degree C ice bath, but did 3 circuits of it with a nice infra red sauna session as well. Highly highly highly recommend!! I also had the best night of sleep afterwards
