Away Days Next Season (A positive thread)

Not many North West teams in league 2 so away days are going to be thin on the ground for me. Chesterfield is easy enough (assuming they get relegated along with us) but thats about it.

    depressed

I'm not depressed about it, i'm just resigned and less and less interested. I haven't even attempted to get Wembley tickets because i just cannot be arsed. I'm going regularly now to watch my local non-league side who are a brilliant little club with a decent ground and on course for their their...

Is this the investment Robins is expecting?

If the likes of DKE, Harries, Willis, both Thomasesesessss, Stokes and Stevenson all agreed to stay with us next season then yes, £600k would probably be enough to fill out the rest of the squad to a standard that could challenge in league 2. In reality though they won't all stay and Robins will...

Is this the investment Robins is expecting?

If we win the cup though it might just give us a bit of a bounce. I think Robins has been brought in not to avoid relegation but just to get a few wins on the board so that we at least go down fighting. A cup win plus improved performances on the pitch might just keep the season ticket sales up.

Shame we don't get a cut off the Wembley pie money............................

    Exciting but 'mentally weak' players

Rochdale in particular are good at this..... well Keith Hill is at any rate.

    So who's around next season...

I hope Kwame stays with us in league 2, ditto George Thomas. Could make a very handy strikeforce in that division. Stokes would be monumental in League 2 but i don't think he will be short of offers at a higher level. Proper experienced keeper is the main priority for me over the summer.

    Robins on Talksport very soon!

I think that just reinforces something i have believed for a while though, that SISU are not going anywhere. Sometimes you have to work with twats to get stuff done.

    Oggy

If you'd worked for CCFC as long as he has you would be farking miserable too.

An Appointment that has more Questions than Answers !

He's been out of work since January 2016. Don't you think if he could of got another job he would have done so in that time?

    CovisGod's Monthly Post He'll Regret.

I think i said something like "Slade is the best appointment we could have made in the circumstances". I was certain he would steady the ship and guide us to a solid if boring 18th place......

    When Relegation is Confirmed

This is the first season in 20 odd years that i haven't been to a home game. It isn't entirely down to SISU or our poor form, the birth of our second child has been the primary factor in my non-attendance. The fact that the on and off field shenanigans have been so ridiculous doesn't inspire me...

    Relegation thread

We are down. There is no getting away from that but at least todays win gives us a chance of making a fight of it. Id sooner head in to league 2 on decent form than just accepting our fate.

Fair point. Didn't look at the fixtures. Just noticed they were winning on the live table

Really need Chesterfield to lose as well as picking up the win. Surely we are due a bit of luck......

    Kieran Richardson

I don't buy the "money in the kitty" line. If that was the case we would have signed Yakubu and other free agents in January instead of pissing about picking up an injured Foliviiviivllliiii on loan.
