Did Thorn want to sell Turner?

i think he thought Keogh and Cranie was his first choice partnership so might aswell cash in to get a striker. i think he would have played Keogh and Cranie because he thought they were better on the ball for his passing game rather than because they are better defenders which is silly in my book

    7 games in march

How's platt going tho play 7 games in a month? I'd save him for the home games, and go one upfront away and try and pick up some draws.

So how well SHOULD Thorn be doing?

I think he's doing about right with the players we have at home. However I think he's got to take some of the blame for the away form. I think another manager would have got us say another ten points away.

    Platt

Baker was the biggest the biggest problem yesturday. Nearly all our play ended up in releasing baker on the right only for him to cock it up. There should be a picture of him next to lightweight in the dictionary. Why bell wasn't brought on for him earlier.....? Ps how close was the...

    Platt

As good as he was against Leeds I thought he looked knackered yesturday. I think it was bothroyd was here he said platt struggles to play midweek and weekend's. Thought both him and macca were shot after an hour. And another note, I did like the forest fans having a go at the manager then...

Officially level on points with Pompey now

It's all about where we are after the last match. wouldn't even class this as a massive game, still plenty of points to play for.

    So who is nervous then?

Can't believe so many people expect us to win today. Can anyone remember the last time we took a big away following somewhere expecting a win an actually won?! Posh way when stead scored?
