Wanting a couple of hours to watch the match, I've brought both kids and one of their mates to soft play for a couple of hours 😵‍

Yeah I think so. Wasn't it straight after the EPL was launched, what is now Champ, L1 and L2, were called League One, League Two and League Three? Or Divison 1, 2 and 3? The Championship defo wasn't called the Championship when the EPL was launched.

The 2nd Division League One Championship Doesnt matter, it’s the 2nd tier in the pyramid. The top flight existed before the Premier League in 92 etc.

    Sheffield Wednesday "on the pitch"

Maybe we could do it in Cov. Thomas, Torp and Haji vs offspring of Peter Ndlovu.

I guess we would've been top of it for a while in 66-67!

Frank has passed his first full season test set by King .

Yeah, agree on this. Smaller more compact squads are fine. We do need a degree of luck with injuries/suspensions though and fingers crossed, these recent injuries to EMC, Rudoni and now Torp, don't seem to be long term meaning they'll miss loads of games. Allen, Eccles and Andrews are fine to...

    Where we are at

EMC (just as important as Torp) and Rudoni have missed the last two and we've picked up 6 points, scoring 7 and conceded none. We'll be fine.

    Where we are at

Not a dig at you Shmmeee on this as plenty of others have said it but I really had this notion that there's a Gus Hamer sized hold that needs filling. He was great for us but his style of play was great for us (and is for SU by and large) but that's not the only way of playing. With Grimes and...

    Luck with managers?

On the drive back last night, I was thinking about how lucky we've been with the last two managers. And luck might be the wrong word but in this day in age, it's tough to get a manager who is so aligned with your club, gets the ethos, is supported by the board and is loved/adored by the fans...
