    He was doing reasonably ok, they've essentially had to cut their wage bill year on year yet still have expectations as high as ever. That said, their most recent performance against us was easily the worst I've ever seen them against us.

    It's all a mirage, the only thing POTUS is interested in is further enriching a very wealthy minority. Trump is just a lot more overt about it.

    When I used to visit my family in Cardiff, everybody on their estate supported Man Utd or Liverpool, you'd hardly have known Cardiff City existed (this was in the early 90s).

    Not sure the best PL players today are miles ahead if at all of the best players of the past. The common or garden players maybe are technically better, but they also have the advantage of playing on pitches in August condition all year round.

    Heckinbottom is a good manager tbf, did a much better job with Sheff Utd than given credit for imo.
