    I'm not a huge fan of JDS but do we need the extreme histrionics every time he starts. He's a decent footballer, probably not as bad a defender as it might appear given that many of the issues down his side were as much down to Binks and his poor positioning.

    It's irrelevant anyway, even according to that noted left wing think tank the Adam Smith Institute the number of millionaires and billionaires has fluctuated, while real wages have been stagnant. It's a completely moot point that implies millionaires'' wealth isn't private.

    I would love a government to recognise and tackle the wider determinants of health, agreed Steve. There have been lots of warm words about prevention rather than cure but the reality is that, like you say, general health levels are going in the wrong direction.
