    It Trickles Over The Line

Recalling the goal I was going mad and looked at my son who was some what delayed in joining me... had me worried for a minute. Looking back at MOTD footage I did celebrate very early tho I did have a good view of it. Anyone else notice the ref award a off side decision in the first half...

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

Thanks for your constructive response and good points raised. A good post. The reason I suggested Willis as I believe he'd be the one with the highest value and the one to attract the main interest out the side as opposed to Ben Stevenson who's likely value has dropped to what it was 12 months...

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

You'd like to think he's a list short list of players he'd pay for if money came in from Maddison or a player sale and also a list of players that could become available for a free if a deal could be agreed between you and the now free agent. I doubt we'd be going down the route of signing a...

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

I would have to agree he's playing the best football of his career consistently currently in the last 2 months, while before having a good season playing in a settled side. Consistency has always been his issue and doing it for 90 minutes, which he's done in his last 8/9 games. Tho before...

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

The scenario was your MR, it's this morning (29th), you received a bid for Jordan Willis from Blackburn, a good fair bid too that reflects his current form. Would you... A) accept to wheel and deal with the targets you'd already identified and set out should a scenario like this happen and...

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

That was the point of the thread really, it's totally hypothetical to see what we'd all do if a bid came in. A few have read it for what it is, some have missed the idea of the scenario but had a fair input to the bigger picture and what ideally would happen. I should of wrote it a bit clearer...

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

With a lot of the change stored for the summer window... [emoji106] We've the best manager at the helm for a long long time, it's time to back him

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

That's one of my points, were light up top and a injury away from promotion derailing where's at the back we've a embarrassment of riches. A different topic is who your ideally release from the club to boost the fund for a loan or free transfer. Another totally different topic is who you'd...

First three on the team sheet

I agree, my suggestion wasn't a enforced one more a managerial decision on what could be done if targets were lined up to improve the overall squad

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

It's all hypothetical... not real and currently no bids or concrete interest but as you say his value has gone up and is the one out of the whole squad to fetch a good sum or likely interest. It's all if buts and maybes to see if anyone would cash in our riches to strengthen the rest of the...

A two year deal was bizarre, a one year was better

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

Issue is he's only 18 tho with plenty to learn in his trade. Went on loan to Solihull and while he didn't play much in the month he was there I don't believe, tho he would of learned a lot from the experience. That's what it's about to find a career with the talent he's been blessed with so far

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

Problem is I doubt the cash is there, fa cup money currently possibly settles the books. So that's why I came up with the hypothetical keep or sell scenario and drawing Wigan in the cup. I'm more worried we don't have the depth up top like we're blessed with at the back. Should a bid come it...

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

So if no other option of saucing cash is available to you to get a No9 in, plus stuck with Reid would you accept the hypothetical Willis bid to press ahead or go as you are with the squad

You're in Robins shoes, what would you do?

Camwell was at the game yesterday, was larking around with some mates applauding the players getting on the bus for around 10 minutes. Not sure why it's harsh sending him out on loan to a club a league below? Needs experience or he goes down the same path all the kids do in the 1st with no...
