As I understand it the share is back with the FL and ltd only owns the Ricoh lease as players are now under Holdings beneficial ownership. Thus Appleton has nothing to manage except the lease - all other assets owned by Otium now. FL will give share to Otium if CVA accepted by ACL.

I have to say I find it odd that ACL say they're acting in clubs best interest when if judge rules in their favour before FL deadline then we get 10 pt deduction even though we can still make play offs. This alone will completely rule out possibility of promotion. Not that I believe anything...

Not sure why you're blaming the football league. Both clubs have known about the fixture since July! Plenty of other clubs had enough nouse to change the date well in advance.

Should imagine efforts will be made to move Sheffers, Wood & Bell on at minimum. Also wouldn't be surprised to see Murphy move on.

I'm no expert either but would guess they need a certain level in case of emergencies, disasters and so on? Same reason people (well most at least) keep savings in the bank. Of course if for some reason they had to be used then I imagine they would need to be topped up again at some point.

Don't think the council deal stops SISU from buying the Higgs share of the lease. Does seem more unlikely than ever now though.

Time difference is only 5 hrs unless they're going to kick off at 11am the you can have a bit more sleep!! ;-)
